Stormwater management is high volume of rainfall in delay fall and through winter with potentially damaging. In this project the stormwater is directed into the side sewer controlled by a shut off valve. In the winter the shutoff is open and water passes through, in the spring summer and fall the valve is closed and the rain water is collected.
Refers to long term sustainable planning. Several other projects are being completed concurrently. One for the rainwater is to complete the rainbows installation then add additional storage capabilities and water managing components.
