Product Water has been an incredible service from the first consultation and on, through multiple follow-ups to maximize the potential of our system. As environment-conscious first-time home owners in the Pacific Northwest, the system installed and maintained by Product Water delivered on its aim. Our front yard is now watered exclusively from the water we collect, and the water diversion system vastly reduces stain on the municipal waste-water system and therefore erosion on the Duwamish river, further supporting re-habitation efforts. They also helped us navigate the Rain Wise Rebate system so the city compensated us for the majority of the project. If you are eligible for the Rain Wise program or just wanting to expand your rain water collection and usage, we highly recommend working with Project Water.

I had a great experience working with Jack on my RainWise cistern project. After coming up with a plan we both agreed was the best option for my house, he let me know what to expect at each step of the process, which made it incredibly simple and convenient for me. I now have an effective rain management system in place, and, with the RainWise program, at a very minimal cost
