car, engine, wheels

In a transformative project, Product Water LLC retrofitted a 1950s detached garage with a modern rainwater harvesting system, capturing previously wasted rainwater for sustainable garden irrigation. This innovative installation included new gutters on both sides of the garage, strategically placed diverters on the east and north sides, and two repurposed 300-gallon IBC totes for storage. With the potential to collect up to 5,000 gallons of rainwater annually, the system utilizes natural elevation to power a low-pressure irrigation system, effectively reducing reliance on municipal water supplies. This project not only enhances water conservation practices but also demonstrates how older structures can be adapted for sustainable living
